MAY IS CADDO PARISH VOTER REGISTRATION MONTH
The Caddo Parish Registrar of Voters will celebrate May as Voter Registration Month.
Ernie Roberson, Caddo Registrar, stated that this is the 24th year for mobile voter registration in the parish. “For many years Caddo has led the state in the number of voter registration sites, and we will be partnering with the Shreve Memorial Library branches to have voter registration available throughout the parish again this year,” Roberson commented.
Roberson also stated that the Registrar’s website, caddovoter.org, as well as local media ads, will be used for advertising the sites for registration. “The support of the Caddo Parish Commission makes this effort possible, and they encourage us to make every effort to have voter registration accessible to all of our citizens,” Roberson added.

Precincts 003 and 086 – Hollywood Heights/Mooretown areas
Voters in Precinct 003, who voted at Bethune Math and Science Middle Academy at 4331 Henry Street in Shreveport, will receive new voter ID cards because the school has been renamed Oak Park Elementary and Middle School. Voters still go to the same location at 4331 Henry Street in Shreveport.
Voters in Precinct 086, who voted at Oak Park Elementary School at 4941 McDaniel Drive in Shreveport, will receive new voter ID cards because the school has relocated to 4331 Henry Street in Shreveport.
