Early Voting for the December 6th Election

Early Voting for Caddo Parish voters for the December 6th election:

When: Open Saturday, November 22  (Closed Sunday, November 23)

         Open Monday, November 24 through Wednesday, November 26

           (Closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 in observance of state holidays)

         Open Saturday, November 29

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. each day.

Where: Caddo Parish Registrar of Voters office, 525 Marshall Street, at the corner of Milam and Marshall streets across from the Courthouse in downtown Shreveport.

Please bring your i.d. and be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour. To see what is on your ballot, click here.

Voter Registration for December Election

The last day to register to vote for the Dec. 6th election in Caddo Parish is

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2014

All applications must be received or postmarked by November 5 in order to be processed for the election.

Caddo Early Voting Update – Nov. 4th Election

Early Voting for Caddo Parish voters for the November 4th election will be at the Caddo Registrar of Voters office, 525 Marshall, corner of Milam and Marshall Street downtown across from the Court House during October 21 – October 28 ( closed Sunday, Oct. 26th) – 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. each day. Polling Place Changes

Precinct and Polling Place Changes

Precincts 042 and 081 have had a change to their polling places. Precincts 042 and 81 now vote at the Gymnasium at Southern University in Shreveport at 3050 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Shreveport.  This is due to the closing of the Newton Smith Visual/Performing Arts Middle School next door.

Precinct 140 has had a change to the polling place.  Precinct 140 now votes at the Belcher Village Hall at 411 Charles Street in Belcher.  Precincts 140 and 155 now share a polling place.

Precincts 146 and 150 have been merged by the Caddo Parish Commission.  There is no longer a Precinct 150; all voters in Precinct 150 are now in Precinct 146.  Precinct 150 votes at the Ida Means Community Center at 6955 Cedar Lane in Ida.
